Golden Hour

Greetings!  This blog post shows a very recent image of a Qantas 787 Dreamliner at the Boeing Everett facility on a check flight prior to delivery.  I had been patiently waiting for nearly two hours to get a photo of a commercial airliner.  Then I saw this airplane under tow going 2 mph and it took forever to get to the runway.  The sun was going down and the wind began to pick up and the temperature dropped.  But, I'm happy I stayed put and was rewarded with this image just after rotation climbing out.   The sky was a perfect blue and the "golden hour" sunlight, the last hour before sunset, is reflecting off the airplane giving it a nice warm glow.
