Greetings everyone,
I am very much looking forward to the new air show season with several of my favorites already lined up. The first show for me will be the Oregon International Airshow at Hillsboro, OR. I have to say, last years show was one of the best I've seen. It will be held in mid-May so look for some awesome show content on my website near the end of May.
To get in the groove, I have been getting out and practicing with my new equipment. This Alaska Airlines Boeing 737-800 shot was captured on the glide path to Seattle-Tacoma Airport. The weather was absolutely incredible. After getting back home and taking a closer look at the photo I realized it was a Star Wars themed paint scheme (a couple of Tie-Fighters are visible on the fuselage just aft of the wing). This was a veritable "Easter Egg" find for me. This new image will be making its way into my 'Commercial and General Aviation' catalog soon so make sure you check that out. Thanks for visiting and hope you come back for my next post.
Tally Ho!
