"Mission Extender" - Boeing KC-135 Tanker
The KC-135 entered service with the USAF in 1957 as a military derivative of the Boeing 707 commercial airliner. It was the US Air Force's first jet-powered refueling tanker and was initially tasked with refueling strategic bombers. It is one of nine military fixed-wing aircraft with over 60 years of continuous service. Add a slim, black floating frame to really set off this image.
